Library today holds different meanings and roles, emerging as an activator of public, an agent of interactive transmission of ideas, social and intellectual catalyst. Throughout my process I acknowledged this dynamic nature and critical role of a library as an public catalyst, constantly asking questions of its agency.


Taking the concept developed throughout the design process of locks as both spatial and structural, locks are integrated in these study models as also elements of vertical continuity and connectivity. Diagonal cuts further inform the library project as elements of sectional continuity and fluidity of spaces.
